Cancellation & Return, Refund Policy

Alongside our ready-made products, we also craft customised products as per the specifications of our clients. Basically, we prepare the shipping of our ready-made items and commence the customized order once our clients make the payments.

However, we totally understand that situations may arise when you want to cancel or exchange your order. We permit your cancellations within 24 hours of your booking and offer a refund with a 20% deduction (the charge of the payment gateway).

The product change policy can be attained within 48 hours or before manufacturing.

If you choose to cancel your order while the manufacturing of your ordered item is in progress, we charge you 30% of the order value while refunding.

Due to logistics charges, if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, up to 50% (based on the location and the situation) will be deducted from the order value while refunding. We strive to make the cancellation process convenient for you. 

At Wood Sole, we make each and every attempt possible from our end to help you in the cancellation process of your order while maintaining a friendly relationship for a smooth and hassle-free endeavor between us in the future. 

To initiate a cancellation for any of your orders, contact us at sales.woodensole@gmail.com Once you are eligible for the cancellation and your request is accepted, we will share your confirmation and refund your money, making all necessary deductions within 72 hours.

Damage Or Wrong Product 

We request that you inspect your order carefully to check if there is any defect or damage and inform us immediately so that you can assess the issue and make things right for you fast. Also, if you receive a wrong item (incorrect size, wrong polish, or anything), contact us within 48 hours of the delivery for a complaint. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of certain products, including customized and special orders. Our return policy is also not applicable in the event that customers change their minds or engage in unauthorized installations. Also, please check the size of your entryways and doorways and measure them with the product before ordering so that they can be carried easily to your desired location for installation. We request that you contact us if you have any questions concerning your custom-made product.


Also, we do not accept return or replacement requests on products that are purchased during the sale, or on any gift card item. 

Exchanges/Replacements 

We allow replacement requests for your ordered products if they get damaged during transit or when the product is defective. Once your return claim is accepted, we will replace the damaged one with the same product within a short period of time.
